Who am I?

I am Hannah (a palindrome), a lover of stars, sunsets, tacos and pinot noir. I am a transformational life coach, passionate about building communities and growing people and businesses that are soul focused.

My mantra is to build, create, envision and live a beautiful life - sujiivana - सुजीवन - whether this is in business or more importantly the legacy to the cosmos.

Sujiivana Concepts is my galaxy of all the things I love - coaching, marketing, technology, and useful stuff.

I have had the privilege and opportunity of spending over 18 years in marketing, having worked with inspirational and motivational leaders - managers, peers and team members. I will forever be grateful for being given the opportunity (with zero marketing qualifications) to grow through a career that has enabled me to work within agencies, tech, start-ups, education, financial services, and telco, from online casinos to building my own empire. I have been able to transfer my business and people skills into coaching, recruitment leadership, building, growing and nurturing teams which is the frame to my biggest passion health and wellness.

I am a career marketer with over 18 years of experience across marketing, campaign, product, strategy, automation, and execution.

Starting my career in 2006 in online casinos, I am a native digital marketer, learning vital skills in design, HTML coding, affiliate marketing, segmentation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and analysis before it was “a thing”. In 2006, I used myspace to generate leads and affiliate marketing in casino and poker rooms to drive audiences, analyse gaming behaviour, and develop multi-tranche campaigns to engage and increase customer lifetime value.

Not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get stuck in, I thrive on being able to dig beneath the surface of a business marketing program and team. I aim to understand the goals, strategy, processes, Martech (marketing technology), customer experience, customer journey from discovery to retention. I will ask the tough questions to ensure I have a full scope to help grow and develop marketing teams to be successful, kick goals and return on their investment. I’m not a marketing professional that manages an agency to execute. I will challenge the process and ensure that the right people have the right skills to succeed in the long term. I have a record of building an email in less than 8 minutes (yes, I was timed - from start to testing) in Eloqua to building out complex lead nurture campaigns.

With a love of automation, lead nurture, ABM (account-based marketing), and utilisation of dynamic and hyper-personalised marketing to drive acquisition and customer retention across the entire end-to-end customer lifecycle. It sounds wanky and straight out of a “marketing for dummies”, yet it is a fact; it is what I have built my career on over the years.

My experience has included working with marketing technologies across varied industries from enterprise tech start-ups, technology, telco, education, government, and financial markets. I have worked in-house and within agencies across FMCG and tech.

I am a driven and motivated leader, passionate about the growth and development of the teams I work with and maintaining a focus on my continual learning and development. I pride myself on adding an entrepreneurial mindset to achieve business objectives and strategies.
