It is important to ask specific questions about your business goals and values, products and services, customers and competitive environment.
We will also explore your strengths/weaknesses, and what are some emerging market threats and opportunities.
Step 2
Review your current marketing material including any recent campaigns.
This review any existing marketing material, or the results of any marketing campaigns that your business has undertaken in the past few months. This is integral in putting together the best mix of marketing elements for the year ahead.
Areas such as research, strategy, record keeping and customer relationship management tools will also be evaluated during the workshop.
Step 3
Develop a tailored marketing workshop plan with key steps to meet both short term and long-term goals
We will then create a tailored marketing plan that hones in on specific areas that can deliver the biggest returns on your current marketing investment, with appropriate KPI’s so you measure each activity effectively. The final marketing plan will be presented to the key stakeholders in your business.
Post-Session Review and Next steps
The workshop notes are then developed into a high-level marketing blueprint, typically 30 – 40 pages.
Your marketing plan is designed to be implemented! It will require tweaks based on performance and processes to ensure it aligns with your business. It acts as a benchmark for you to work from when defining the business objectives for the year ahead. This living document is for measuring sales success, lead generation, customer retention, and communication initiatives.
